Information We Collect

When you use QuoteCheck, we collect the content of the contractor quotes you upload or paste so the AI can perform the analysis. If you create an account, we store your email address and a history of your analyses. We also collect basic usage analytics (such as pages viewed, button clicks, and performance data) to improve the product.

How We Process Data

We use the Google Gemini API to analyze quote text. By using this service, you acknowledge that your quote data is sent to Google's servers for processing. We do not use your private project data to train our own models.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Used for secure authentication and database storage.
• Stripe: Handles all payment processing. We never see or store your credit card details.
• Google Gemini: Our core AI analysis engine.
• Mixpanel: Product analytics to understand feature usage.
• Google Analytics (GA4): Traffic and conversion analytics.

Analytics & Tracking Choices

We use analytics to measure feature usage and conversions. You can opt out of analytics tracking at any time by setting localStorage.analytics_opt_out = "1" in your browser. If you clear storage or switch devices, you may need to set this again.

Data Retention

Guest analyses are stored temporarily and may be deleted periodically. Registered users can delete their quotes and account data at any time through their dashboard or by contacting support at support@verifymyquote.com.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at privacy@verifymyquote.com.
